DIAZ17123@HOTMAIL.COM Digital printing -> RISOGHAPH SERVICE -> Go to message lo mas provable es que los suiches de seguridad del equipo no estan cerrando, segundo puedes revisar la targeta talvez se volo un pista y por eso no pasa la informacion de el escaner a el cabezal terminco, puedes intentar probar el cabezal terminco con el codigo 118 aver si esta funcionando de ser asi es posible que la targeta del escaner este dañada y hay que cambiarla, por esperiencia tecnica es poco provable que sea asi, lo mas posible de todos y por el modeloque me describes es que el cabezal termico esta dañado completamente y hay que reeplazarlo con uno nuevo. espero te sirva el consejo saludos desde venezuela. tecnico especialista (riso) Andres I.
