My GR3770 Risograph says:
Check paperfeed area. So I did. The paperfeed is stuck about 1/2 way and will not go up or down. I pushed the green button. Still nothing. I looked inthe troubleshooting manual. It states that the safety switch above or under the paperfeed tray has been activiated. How do I get to this area? HELP! I am right in the middle of a major job. Thank You. I need a service manual for the Risograph RA 5900. The image positioning does not work correctly, it either doesn't move or jumps an inch at a time, and when I get the positioning set correctly it doesn't hold it. I have a RA5900 machine and the thermal head is damaged, but a new one costs more than the machine, do I have a solution'.. Besides I find it difficult to print on both sides because the ink does not dry and the back of the paper is imbedded with the image of the sheet above, so when i print on the 2nd side I get a dirty image, any suggestions?
