We have available 2 excellent condition roll-fed Hot-foiling press made in Australia by Rapid Machinery. Models are : RP-80. The FIRST machine is constructed on a large frame enabling a 3rd head to be installed at a later stage if desired. One hot foiling station and one die-cutting station, laminating, 2nd pass, Baldor servo web-feeding. Unwind and rewind, waste-stripping units are incorporated. Machine is no longer used and is priced very cheaply.
Second machine is the same as above but has an ADDITIONAL foil station plus a newer version rewinder with a shear slitting device.
Each foil station has DUAL foil feeding and head twist feature. Both machines are CE certified and have electrically inter-locked guarding installed. Print and die-cutting size is 260mm x 200mm. Web width max is 270mm and feed length is over 2 metres (SERVO).
