The mill has been stopped by the management decision. Whole machinery

is in excellent condition and ready to be operated and has no further

costs.

The mill is located in our vertically integrated textile organization

in Sofia/Bulgaria. So the machinery is still kept conditioned and

surrounded by the factory management.
