you get a peice of lino and carve a design on it.then roll on ink with a roller and place it on a sheet of paper.all the page will be covered in ink bar your design.(it's like patato stamps)then you carve more out of your lino and cover it in ink again and place it over your previous print.you are left it with a cool paterned design.does this help?

Linoleum cut, the process is the same as woodcut, except that the surface employed is linoleum and not wood.
Lino cutting was introduced on the continent at the beginning of the 20th century and became especcially popular in the late 1920's in Britain.

What the hell is up with the internet, it's got so much crap and then it doesnt have the one thing all the art teachers are obsessed with asking! bollocks! i've done it so i know what it is but i need a site with step by step instructions....o well! good luck with the london sound by the way, it's driving me crazy! xxx

what is the prosses of lino printing. i need to know in like a few minets because it is due in 15 mins and i can not find stuff on lino printing of collage printing and i need them.
so you proberly can't do that so thanx any way love me!

I want to start lino printing but there is little information about how to print really complecated prints using several pieces of lino, Does anyone know about a good book on the subject?
